So many updates, one post

So spring break has officially ended... I'm pretty bummed since I was able to go back to my home city of las Vegas, and as a bonus my boyfriend came with.. Bliss! But I took lots of pictures of my trip for viewing pleasure. Also now that I'm back at KU we started our next project called "creating a vessel." basically we need to find a small object that has value to us, and make a box for it. For me, I choose a ring that my dad gave to me for Christmas. It was my great great grandmothers so it's SUPER vintage which I love. It's my favorite piece of jewelry and I found it appropriate to create a mini jewelry box for it. Over break I built 2 boxes. Here are pictures!

Visual displays that tickle my fancy

I went to a concert at the granada a couple days ago. The band is pretty low key, but if you don't know who the head and the heart are, then buy their cd on iTunes and let them change your world. They were AMAZING. One of the best concerts I've been too. The display went along so well with the music. Everything was just so indie, I couldn't help but take lots of pictures .

Chair in perspective

I created an interior of a room that I felt fit my personality as well as something my chair that I designed could be placed in without taking away the beautifulness of the room I created. I created this room off of google sketch up and it's still a work in progress but here are some pictures of the up to date piece.
